Our Business Units within IBD handle offshore Corporate Finance exposures, Project and Structured Finance. All exposures to Financial Institutions worldwide are managed by our designated Business Units. We are highly active in project and contract financing in the international market, having financed numerous projects in the Middle East region for periods up to 20 years, as well as other markets. These project finance transactions are in the fields of oil and gas, power and water, petrochemicals, infrastructure and more.

The focus is on building new relationships on bilateral basis with private sector corporate entities in GCC as well as maintaining relationships with our valuable customers (Corporate and FI) . We value our customers and are ready to extend a wide range of facilities based on their needs.

Both conventional and Islamic banking facilities are provided.

Trade finance / Forfaiting activities are also available and provided for all import and export activities, including letters of credit, letters of guarantees, import and export loans.
