    Abu Dhabi- Gulf Capital to invest USD 1bn

    (MENAFN) Gulf Capital aims investments of USD 1bn as the private equity firm takes advantage of low valuations.

    Accordingly, it will be a great time to invest due to more deal flow, more firms, better companies, controlling stakes at better valuations.

    In addition, the USD 1bn in dry powder comes mainly from two funds; a USD 750mn private equity fund and a USD 250mn credit and mezzanine fund.

    On the other hand, the main focus will be on UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with a target ticket size of USD 50mn to USD 100mn.
