The Bank is divided into two groups, complementing each other, the Shared Services Group, and the Business Group.
The Shared Services Group has the Information Technology, Human Resources & Administration, and Operations & Project Management Office functioning under it.
The Business Group comprises of other divisions including Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Treasury & Investment, Transactional Banking, Kuwait branch and International Banking under which falls the responsibility of other international branches operating in Mumbai, Hyderabad and the Representative Office in Dubai.
Other departments/divisions such as Credit Management, Risk Management and Financial Control and Planning reports directly to the Bank’s Chief Executive.
