Dubai to build largest marina in MENA region
(MENAFN) Dubai proclaimed plans to build a new waterfront destination spread over 20mn square feet, which will boast the largest marina in the MENA region.
Additionally, the waterfront destination will involve a 1400-berth marina as well as a cruise ship port and terminal, a shopping mall covering 3.5mn square feet.
Moreover, the residential offerings of the project will include high and low increase buildings, waterfront villas and houses.
The destination will also feature several hotels, one of which will provide a global water station built under it providing direct access to its facility for guests coming by sea.
