Dubai's Wonder Land project construction hits USD490mn
(MENAFN) Construction of the Wonder Land project is projected to begin in the first quarter of this year trailing its restructuring by Ento Capital, an investment firm in Dubai.
Accordingly, Ento Capital proclaimed the reconstruction cost would be between USD440mn and USD490mn.
In addition, the 2.4mn feet project will be executed in phases over three years and cover residential apartments, retail and food outlets.
In August 2008, a report stated that Wonderland, a joint UAE-Kuwait investment would be redeveloped as smaller version of America's Disneyland at a cost of USD167.55mn.
