Dubai sets up Dh5bn business district
(MENAFN) The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai launched plans for the Dh5bn Emirates Towers Business Park Project.
Moreover, construction will begin by the end of this year and once it"s finished it will become an integrated business district amid the Dubai Intl Financial Center.
Accordingly, the Park will meet the growing demand for Grade A office space through hi-and low-rise office towers catering to a range of needs.
Additionally, the new development reflects the wise and ambitious vision of their leadership and is in line with Dubai's plan of developing futuristic projects to meet the growing demand for integrated business districts.
