Dubai's Azizi Developments launches project worth USD3.26bln
(MENAFN) After French Riviera was launched, the Dubai-based Azizi Developments will launch in Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Dubai a project worth AED12bln.
The project will be implemented within the Meydan One project near Dubai Water Canal, as it includes 69 mid-rise residential buildings, a retail district, as well as one four-star and one five-star hotel.
Also, the ceremony of laying down the first stone was attended by Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman and CEO of Meydan Group, and Mirwais Aziz, Chairman of Azizi Group.
Azizi Riviera will be the first in a series of projects that Azizi is planning to develop in the Meydan One mega-development.
