Aldar Properties sets up USD653.2mn new waterfront project
(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties has proclaimed the launch of Water's Edge, an USD563.2mn new waterfront development on Yas Island.
Recently, the developer will release one building for sale at Cityscape Global in Dubai on Sep 11, while Water's Edge offers purchasers of all nationalities the chance to invest in a genuine waterfront.
Moreover, Aldar will incorporate a number of Water's Edge homes into its leased residential portfolio in order to support Aldar's recurring revenue plan.
In addition, residents will enjoy Water's Edge's huge choice of exercise and recreation facilities, retail, restaurants and cafes.
