UAE-Alabbar, MEVP launch USD250mn tech fund
(MENAFN) Middle East Venture Partners has proclaimed the launch of a new, USD250mn venture capital fund to offer growth capital to regional tech firms.
Meanwhile, the Mideast Venture Fund III will focus on Series B tech investments, fast-growing businesses that may be losing money.
Accordingly, MEVFIII fund's launch showed the beginning of a big tech play in the region, because it has not seen a big fund like theirs until today.
