Dubai to launch USD1.9bn construction project
(MENAFN) Dubai has announced its design to construct a new mixed-use community development at the worth of $1.91 billion.
The particulars about the project that is to cover 20 million square feet, the Knooz Al Sharq City, have been unveiled by Araa Group Advocates and Legal Consultants and Loulouat Al Sharq for Investment and Real Estate Development.
In a statement, the project was revealed to merge together architectural techniques from prominent Islamic eras, Umayyad and the Mamluk.
