Mohammed Bin Zayed City: most popular place for rent in Abu Dhabi
(MENAFN) Dubizzle Property has carried out an analysis on Abu Dhabi property which found the most desired areas for purchasing and renting houses.
With over 13 million searches, Mohammed Bin Zayed City was placed at the top of the list for most trendy place to rent.
Khalifa City A then followed it as the second most popular with 9.7 million searches, followed by Tourist Club Area with 8.5 million searches, Al Markaziyah with 5.8 million searches and Al Muroor with 5.7 million searches.
When it comes to people who are seeking an investment, firm Al Reef was placed first with 750,000 searches, followed by Tamouh Marina Square with 469,000 searches, Shams Abu Dhabi with 375,000 searches, City of Lights with 328,000 searches and Al Reem Island with 325,000 searches.
