Abu Dhabi, Singapore sign MoUs for power, water sectors
(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi has signed a total of nine memorandums of understanding with Singapore for power and water sectors.
According to UAE state news agency WAM, the objective of the MoUs is "to facilitate development of joint projects in knowledge sharing, joint research and technology transfer in power and water sectors."
The objective of the MoUs also includes a "World Class Capability Development Centre" to be established in Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi's Department of Energy chairman Awaidha Murshed Al-Marar declared "in line with our Abu Dhabi Plan 2030, we are pleased to sign these MoUs to upskill and augment our sector employees to prepare them for the evolving industry landscape."
