UAE's Damac: USD163m deal granted to CSCEC for Aykon City
(MENAFN) Dubai's Damac Properties has presented China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) with an USD163.3 million deal for building a tower at Aykon City.
The construction of the tower, as the contract entails, will include 53 residential floors and rooftops, a couple of basements, ground floor and ten podium levels, along with a level for entertainment.
Damac Properties' senior vice president Mohammed Tahaineh declared "this is a major contract towards the realisation of Aykon City, one of Damac Properties' largest master developments in the heart of Dubai."
He continued "CSCEC is one of the biggest contactors in the world and after careful consideration of various aspects, we agreed to the proposed partnership."
