Sudan to implement anti-corruption program for private sector employees

(MENAFN) Sudan declared the implementation of a program aimed at private sector workers to be protected from corruption, with the program set for launch April 2019.

Al-Oula Center for Accounting Studies Director Adelah Mohammed Al-Tayeb explained "this program will enable employees to become familiar with the management program used by companies around the world to assess internal fraud, corruption risks and external fraud."

The US Chamber of Commerce has held talks with Sudan in October when it pointed out how the foundation for trade among both private sectors to be through the anti-corruption program launch.

The anti-corruption program is being managed by the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), since the US is seeking for the program to be launched in each country it has commercial interests in.
