Cityscape Egypt hits visitors surge by 8 percent

(MENAFN) Cityscape Egypt has completed its four-day seventh edition with reaching its highest levels of visitors' numbers, scoring a boost by 8 percent from 2017.

It was also declared to have expanded the size of the exhibition by 25 percent at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre, its recent venue which opened in New Cairo.

Cityscape Egypt's Exhibition Director Chris Speller affirmed "the surge in visitor numbers compared to last year's event is evidence of the demand for quality real estate product from Egypt's burgeoning population."

He added "Cairo's population alone is growing at an average rate of 2% per year, this means that the appetite for property will continue to rise driving our exhibitors to launch projects that speak directly to this demand. It also means that we're ideally positioned to provide a platform for Egypt's leading developers so that they can usher in change and provide much-needed housing across all price points."
