    Israel, Ukraine eye goods flow growth to USD2bn per year

    (MENAFN) Israel and Ukraine were unveiled to be targeting an increase in goods flow to reach USD2 billion per year over the next five years.

    The growth comes in comparison to the 14.7 percent rise in goods flow recorded in 2017 from the previous year, standing at USD772.5 million.

    The figures have been revealed by Stepan Kubiv, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Trade, in a post on Facebook.

    The Ukrainian official stated "I met with Israeli Minister of the Economy and Industry Eli Cohen and agreed to increase the trade flow to $ 2 billion in the next five years."

    Kubiv added that the two countries are seeking to strengthen cooperation in areas that include innovation and high technologies.
