(MENAFN) Israel's high-tech start-ups were shown in recent data IVC Research Center has issued to have generated a record USD3.2 billion during the first half of this year.

This comes even after not including the USD300 million of which Landa Digital Printing company raised a month ago.

Israeli start-ups were able to raise USD1.61 billion during the second quarter this year in 170 deals, which is the second highest quarter in the last six years.

The amount raised during the first quarter in 2018 was found to have stood at USD1.52 billion.
