Egyptian ministers agree to tackle investment issues
(MENAFN) Three Egyptian ministers were confirmed to have addressed in a meeting ways to strengthen cooperation and eliminate investment challenges.
The meeting has been held on Sunday between Egypt's Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr, Minister of Finance Mohamed Maeet and Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar.
The ministers have reached an agreement to task the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) with receiving complaints investors send over the Value-Added Tax via investor service centers.
The Finance Ministry was also agreed to be responsible for following up on the submitted complaints and respond to them.
