    KSA, UK aviation authorities ink cooperation deal

    (MENAFN) Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) was declared to have inked a memorandum of understanding with the UK's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

    The MoU was confirmed to have been signed with a purpose to train and create capacity in a range of sectors of civil aviation, safety, security and environmental protection in air transport.

    The agreement was also explained to have been penned to encourage most recent technologies as well as leading practices in several sectors of civil aviation.

    The deal is also aiming to strengthen cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the UK in the area of civil aviation.

    The deal focuses on privatization, revenue sharing and financing units project, along with setting up and developing civil aviation research centers.
