    Egypt posts 14.3 percent boost in non-petroleum exports Jan-July

    (MENAFN) Egypt has recorded a 14.3 percent boost in its non-oil exports from January to July, hitting USD14.89 billion, a ministry report showed.

    The Egyptian Trade and Industry Ministry issued a report unveiling the country's imports of non-oil exports to have registered a 15.28 percent raise, reaching USD38.16 billion.

    The ministry also revealed the estimation of non-petroleum goods trading between Egypt and the US, saying it stood at USD3.82 billion during the period.

    The report added that the country's trade with African countries hit USD1.44 billion, as commodities trade with Arab countries posted USD7.95 billion during the first seven months of this year.
