    Bahrain's national exports surge 58 percent in July

    (MENAFN) Bahrain-origin exports value was announced to have recorded a 58 percent jump in July, hitting USD605 million.

    The figures have been shown in a recent foreign trade report issued by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA).

    Bahraini exports to the top ten countries alone have amounted for 90 percent in the national origin value, while other countries accounted for the remaining 10 percent.

    Saudi Arabia's imports from Bahrain amounted for BD41 million, leading as the biggest importer, followed by Oman with BD39 million and Egypt with BD25 million.

    Bahrain's most major exported products were confirmed to have included agglomerated iron ores and concentrates, along with Aluminium wire and unwrought aluminium.
