Lebanon to become regional hub for Chinese businesses
(MENAFN) Lebanon is willing to become a hub for activities China performs within the region, a Lebanese bank chief affirmed.
The statement was made by Adnan Kassar, the chairman of the long-standing Lebanese bank Fransabank, during talks with Feng Hao, director of China's real estate developer Chinamex, as reported National News Agency (NNA).
The bank chief stated: "Lebanon will serve as a hub for China to promote its industries all over the Arab world."
The meeting between the two officials was held to address details on the medical exhibition scheduled to be carried out on March 2019.
The Chinese official confirmed that the exhibition is expected to be joined by 250 Chinese firms, and about 10,000 guests.
