Saudi Arabia, Russia mull over 10 joint projects
(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia was unveiled to be mulling over ten initiatives with Russia at a value of over USD1 billion.
The news was confirmed by CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), as reported Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper.
The CEO announced the planned projects to be covering areas of oilfield services, refineries, air and marine transportation, railway logistics services and information technologies.
The two countries are also planning to introduce a couple of investment platforms in fields of power and technology.
Saudi Aramco and the Public Investment Fund (PIF) are to lend their hands in efforts to launch the power platform.
