    Egypt jumps to USD3.4b in foreign oil exports

    (MENAFN) Egypt's fuel exports to foreign countries recorded a USD883 million boost in value during the first seven months of this year to reach USD3.4 billion.

    The figure comes in comparison to the USD2.5 billion of foreign exports value seen from January to July last year.

    The overall of the Egyptian crude oil exports during the same period stood at USD1.1 billion, a USD56 million decline from USD1.6 billion seen last year, CAPMAS unveiled.

    The total foreign exports of Egypt's petroleum goods also registered a USD16 million increase, to hit USD202 million from USD186 million in 2017.

    The Egyptian petroleum sector exported USD81 million worth of coal, a USD24 million surge from the USD56 million of last year during the same period.
