Iran establishes advanced Smart Park
(MENAFN) Iran is constructing its very first smart park in Tehran, with a plan expand and develop the country using modern technology.
The Sorkheh Hesar National Park is set to feature security cameras, smart parking lots and a smart irrigation system.
In the innovative park, smart irrigation controllers have been installed for weather, soil condition, evaporation and plant water in order to automatically regulate watering.
Head of the city's Information and Communications Technology Organization, Mohammad Farjoud commented "employing smart technologies in Sorkheh Hesar National Park is a pilot project."
Farjoud added that "it aims to manifest what Tehran Municipality envisions for the capital when speaking about smart development."
