Fujairah Business Centre set for completion ahead of schedule
(MENAFN) The Fujairah Business Centre project is being developed on a fast track and is set for conclusion on June 2020, earlier than expected, declared Dubai Investments.
The USD125 million was supposed to be completed by the quarter of 2020 but was accelerated seeing that its establishment works are already 20 percent finished, Dubai Investments noted.
The project is set to cover 96,400 square metres while featuring a 19-level office tower and 19-level hotel and apartment tower, along with a shopping mall and retail area, the company affirmed.
"The Fujairah Business Centre project has been strategically planned for a specific location which will address market requirements, create investment and business opportunities and also to set benchmarks in terms of urban development," the firm's managing director and CEO Khalid Bin Kalban added.
