UAE sends fuel, wheat to Sudan amid economic crisis
(MENAFN) The UAE was announced to have delivered duel and wheat to Sudan, aiming to help the country while it suffers from an economic crisis.
Sudanese Oil and Gas Minister Azhari Abdul-Ghadir declared that the country took delivery of the aid on Wednesday.
Sudan, the minister noted, received assistance pledges from the UAE, Turkey and Russia to back the country in its efforts to tackle the tough economic situation.
Abdul-Ghadir unveiled: "we have received assistance from the UAE ... including fuel, wheat and others."
He added that Sudan viewed the assistance as "a normal matter among friendly countries under the current circumstances Sudan is going through."
