    Dubai's DLD, Egypt sign 3 cooperation agreements

    (MENAFN) Dubai and Egypt were announced to have inked three memorandums of understanding to strengthen urban development between the two sides.

    The Dubai Land Department (DLD) penned the MoUs during the Egypt Mega Property Show which was recently held in Cairo.

    Under the agreements, Dubai and Egypt will work to attract investment and boost the real estate market along with improving confidence through a suitable investment environment.

    "We developed an integrated strategy to record an active presence at the show, and worked to showcase a group of leading real estate developers and partners in the Emirate," stated CEO of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector, Majida Ali Rashid.

    "We also coordinated with a number of entities representing the public and private sectors to strengthen cooperation and highlight Dubai's role as a leader in all fields related to the performance of the real estate market," Rashid added.
