Iran to launch USD64.2m industrial infrastructure plans
(MENAFN) Iran is set to launch around 294 industrial infrastructure initiatives worth USD64.2 million of credit by Monday across the Islamic Republic.
Deputy Head of Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO) Fathali Mohammadzadeh unveiled the news during a press conference while marking the 40th anniversary of Islamic revolution.
Iran witnessed the creation of 860 job opportunities through the registration of 42,700 industrial units, the deputy head affirmed.
"Some of these units are semi-active and 200 trillion rials (about $4.7 billion) is required to put them back online," Mohammadzadeh added.
