    Libya urges Turkish firms comeback for suspended projects

    (MENAFN) Turkish firms must make an appearance in Libya for halted initiatives to continue, affirmed Libya's Higher Council of State head Khalid al-Meshri.

    During talks with Turkish Ambassador to Libya Serhat Aksen, the chief addressed the economic condition seen in Libya.

    According to a Council's information office statement, "the Head of the Council stressed keenness of the Higher Council of State to strengthen relations with Turkey, pointing out the need for the return of Turkish companies working on development and infrastructure projects in Libya, in addition to the Turkish airlines."

    It added: "the Turkish ambassador pointed out that his country encourages Turkish companies to return to Libya."
