Saudi Arabia, Lebanon to pen economic deals
(MENAFN) Lebanon and Saudi Arabia are set to pen several deals on economic cooperation, aiming to strengthen bilateral relations on various fields.
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri revealed after talks with President Michel Aoun that the signing will be carried out soon.
According to the prime minister, "a Lebanese-Saudi committee will convene soon to sign these agreements which will increase cooperation between the two countries."
It comes following a trip Hariri made to Saudi Arabia, where he addressed means to expand bilateral cooperation with the Kingdom.
He added that Saudi Arabia is determined to provide Lebanon with more economic help in the short term.
