    USD1.57b non-oil trade surplus posted in Iran

    (MENAFN) Iran registered USD1.57 billion in its non-oil trade surplus over an eleven-month period, revealed the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).

    Non-oil foreign trade in Iran reached USD78.57 billion in the eleven months to February 19, IRICA unveiled in its official data as reported IRNA.

    Figures marked a decline by 12 percent this year from results seen a year earlier, IRICA announced according to its data.

    It added that Iran exported 105.9 million tons of products during the period to post USD40.07 billion, dropping 6.36 percent and 0.74 percent in weight and value respectively.
