Jordan: Umniah, Jepco join hands for new fiber optic network firm
(MENAFN) Jordan's telecom firm Umniah penned a cooperation agreement with the Jordan Electric Power Company (Jepco) on the formation of a new company.
Through the new company, the two Jordanian firms will be establishing the infrastructure for a massive optic network in the advantage of areas Jepco is running.
Subscribers of the two companies will benefit from the move, while it provides wholesale services to other service providers.
A great number of communities, using the new fiber optic network, will be able to enter trustworthy broadband internet along with enjoying full potential of the modern digital era.
