Jordan hosts major economic forum
(MENAFN) Jordan is hosting the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa 2019, starting Saturday until Sunday.
Over 1,000 government and business prominent figures coming from at least fifty countries are expected to join the economic forum held under the theme "Building New Platforms of Cooperation."
A statement confirmed the forum to be covering four aspects, such as the formation of an innovative economic and social model for the region.
The forum is also prioritizing environmental stewardship within the Arab world, seeking out mutual ground in a multi-conceptual world, and the fourth industrial revolution in the Arab world.
Deputy head Mirek Dusek stated "the region is at a pivotal time of taking the bold decisions necessary to future proof its societies and economies."
