    Israel-China passengers surge 30.3 percent

    (MENAFN) Israel and China recorded a 30.3 percent surge in the volume of passengers traveling between them from January to March 2019.

    An Israel Airports Authority (IAA) report confirmed 122,162 people to have traveled between Israel and China during the first three months of the year from 93,772 during the same period in 2018.

    Passengers flying between Israel and China jumped 25.6 percent to stand at 47,519 in March, from 37,842 during the same month last year.

    Hainan Airlines, last month, witnessed a 25.9 percent boost in the number of passengers going through its route to reach 14,695 passengers from 11,676.
