    Israel up 12.4 percent in imports from China

    (MENAFN) Israeli Central Bureau of Statistics revealed the country to have recorded a 12.4 percent boost in its imports from China in 2018.

    Last year, as the central bureau showed, Israel stood at USD11.8 billion in its imports from China from the USD10.5 billion generated in 2017.

    Chinese goods amounted for 15.4 percent of the overall Israeli imports during the period, placing China among the top in the list.

    Meanwhile, Israel registered a 29 percent surge in its imports from the United States to reach USD10.23 billion from USD7.9 billion.
