Dubai Aerospace Enterprise profit up 3 percent

(MENAFN) Net profit Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) registered from January to March 2019 stood at USD99 million to indicate a jump by 3 percent on annual basis.

Revenues during the first three months of this year for the largest aircraft lessor reached USD360 million to mark a 2.2 percent boost.

DAE, during the first quarter, acquired six aircraft while selling seventeen jets, pushing the size of its fleet to hit 354 in March 2019.

This comes two years after the aircraft lessor purchased Irish lessor Awas, a move that allowed the firm to enter a list of top ten international jet lessors.
