    USD7b oil revenues sealed in Iraq

    (MENAFN) Over USD7 billion of oil revenues were generated in Iraq as the Oil Ministry exported an exceeded amount of 110 million barrels of crude oil in May 2019.

    In a statement, the Oil Ministry revealed: "Iraq's total exports of crude oil in May reached about 110.7 million barrels, at an average of 3.572 million barrels per day."

    USD66.6 was the average price of a single barrel of crude oil that Iraq sold during the fifth month of the year, the ministry noted.

    "Iraq exported 106.6 million barrels from the country's central and southern oil fields, and 3.16 million barrels from the northern province of Kirkuk, in addition to 894,528 barrels of oil from Qayyara Oil Field in the northern province of Nineveh," it added.
