    12 Lebanese-Algerian agreements on agriculture to be inked

    (MENAFN) Algeria is set to ink twelve deals with Lebanon, with a purpose for the two countries to strengthen their bilateral relations and collaboration in the agricultural field.

    Lebanon's Ambassador to Algeria Mohammad Hassan made the revelation while speaking to Lebanese Agriculture Minister Hassan Lakkis.

    Ambassador Hassan stated: "a Lebanese delegation will travel to Algeria where the agreements will be signed in a bid to strengthen economic ties between the two countries."

    Under the agreements, the envoy noted, the two countries will be providing tax and customs duties waivers of several agricultural goods.

    Hassan further highlighted Algeria's desire for good agricultural engineers as well as marketing professionals.
