    18.56 percent drop in volume of new firms in Turkey

    (MENAFN) Turkey registered an 18.56 percent in the number of firms that were inaugurated in the country during the fifth month of the year, revealed the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB).

    Around 6,670 new company launches were witnessed in Turkey in May, as the leading trade union unveiled.

    Last month, according to statistics, 1,055 companies with worldwide capital were launched while 878 companies were shut to mark a 49.07 percent boost.

    TOBB stated: "563 of these companies had Turkish partners, 75 had Iranian partners and 67 had Syrian partners."
