    Sharjah, Uganda discuss ways to enhance ties in economic, investment field

    (MENAFN) Sharjah and Uganda have conferred prospects of cooperation and means of deepening bilateral ties linked to the economic and investment domain.

    While receiving a top Ugandan delegation headed by Amongi Betty Ongom, Cabinet Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Republic of Uganda, at its headquarters, the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) reaffirmed its determination to boost fruitful business cooperation with Uganda.

    Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Mohamed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of the SCCI, welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the depth and strength of economic cooperation linking the UAE, especially Sharjah, with Uganda.

    Balyeku Moses Grace, Member of Parliament, Jinja Municipality West, Uganda, also attended.
