    64.6 percent drop in Tehran City real estate transactions

    (MENAFN) Tehran City was struck with a sharp 64.6 percent decline in the volume of its real estate transactions during the fourth Iranian calendar month beginning June 22 and ending July 22.

    Official data revealed that Iran's Tehran City stood at 4,800 in its real estate transactions during the period on annual basis.

    Meanwhile, as the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) revealed, the housing price in Tehran City recorded a jump by 91.5 percent.

    In the spring, the number of real estate dealings in Tehran City dropped by 44.8 percent, as the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development unveiled earlier.
