    USD3b bonds floated by Oman

(MENAFN) Oman's government was announced to have floated USD3 billion worth of bonds after being listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Dublin.

Following an eighteen-month absence, Oman was able to register a noticeable comeback to the international conventional bond market through the move, affirmed the Omani Ministry of Finance.

This return is a result of growing global demand as well as an interest that international bond investors expressed towards the Omani economy.

It was also explained that such an improvement is due to the dedication of Oman to preserve strong macroeconomic fundamentals in order to guarantee sustainable growth.
