    Lebanese credit rating maintained: Moody's

(MENAFN) Over the next three months, the Lebanese credit rating might be revised down by the global credit rating agency Moody's which currently preserved Lebanon's rating at Caa1.

Credit rating of Lebanon is planned to be under supervision and is to be downgraded in three months if the country failed to achieve economic and financial boosts, as Moody's confirmed.

Moody's stated "meanwhile, Moody's will evaluate the government's performance and its ability to approve the 2020 budget."

It comes as the Lebanese government made a pledge to impose more steps in the 2020 state budget alongside the state budget of this year.
