Electricity prices in Turkey
(MENAFN) As said on Friday by official figures, the top electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be USD 56.98 at 19:00 local time and the least will be USD 46.44 at 05:00 local time.
A drop off of 1.02 percent to 119.68 million liras measured up to Thursday was confirmed by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Friday.
The weighted regular price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Saturday is calculated as 313.22 liras and 314.18 liras.
The maximum electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Friday was set as 333 liras at 18:00 local time, and the minimum was 277.54 liras at 04:00 local time; USD 1 equals 5.78 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Friday.
