    Non-oil trade transactions between Iran, Iraq amount to USD6b

    (MENAFN) Nasser Behzad, commercial Attach" of Iran in Iraq announced that non-petroleum trade deals between the two countries was rising, adding that Tehran and Baghdad have traded USD6 billion worth of non-oil goods in the first seven months of current Iranian calendar year.

    He said the non-oil trade volume between Iran and Iraq in the last Iranian year stands at USD10 billion, reported Fars News Agency.

    The official stressed that Iran is ready to facilitate admission of Iraq's export goods for balancing trade and business.

    A major part of Iran's export of products to Iraq is managed according to the market demand, he said, adding that Iranian products are highly welcomed by Iraqi citizens.
