(MENAFN) official figures showed on Sunday that, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market on Monday will be 335,01 Turkish liras at 17:00 local time, and the minimum will be 200 liras at 05:00 local time.

An improvement of 25 percent to 145.18 million liras in the electricity market's trade volume on Monday was shown, in comparison with Saturday, as Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) informed.

The arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is 306.98 liras and 312.67 liras, respectively.
