    Today's electricity prices in turkey

    (MENAFN) Official figures showed that, in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour will be 329.71 Turkish liras at 18:00 local time, and the minimum will be 180 liras at 23:00 local time.


    A drop of 22.03 percent to 12027 million liras in comparison with Friday was shown by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday.


    For the day-ahead spot market, the arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity is calculated as 298.75 liras and 300.71 liras, respectively.


    On the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday, the maximum electricity price was set as 345 liras at 18:00 local time, and the minimum was 260.59 liras at 04:00 local time.
