    Turkey's electricity prices for today

    (MENAFN) Official figures showed that, in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour will be 340.84 Turkish liras at 18:00 local time, and the minimum will be 243.98 liras at 04:00 local time.


    A drop of 2.20 percent to 156.28 million liras in comparison with Sunday was shown on Monday by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume.


    For the day-ahead spot market, the arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity is calculated as 318.36 liras and 321.10 liras, respectively.


    On the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday, the maximum electricity cost was set as 340.02 liras at 09:00 local time, and the minimum will be 228.58 liras at 04:00 local time.
