    Today's electricity prices in Turkey

    (MENAFN) Official figures showed that, in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour will be 340.73 Turkish liras at 11:00 local time, and the minimum will be 235.51 liras at 03:00 local time.


    A fall of 1.44 percent to 154.57 million liras in comparison with Sunday was shown by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume.


    For the day-ahead spot market, the arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity is calculated as 320.78 liras and 323.37 liras, respectively.


    On the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday, the maximum electricity cost was set as 338.20 liras at 11:00 local time, and the minimum will be 247.48 liras at 04:00 local time.
